The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 8:15AM beginning at 555 Old Orchard Road and continuing on to various locations pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sharen Shipley. Applicant proposes a 12’ by 20’ detached deck and bench at property located at 55 Schoolhouse Road, Map 12, Parcel 066.
Notice of Intent filed by Mahala Busselle Bishop, Trustee. Applicant proposes removing and rebuilding existing sunroom and construct an addition to a sunroom at property located at 145 Goody Hallett Drive, Map 20, Parcel 057.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Patricia Martin. Applicant proposes limited replacement of horizontal structural supports to existing dock at property located at 1205 Herring Brook Road, Map 13, Parcel 078.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John and Elisa DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of sand envelopes, removal of invasive plantings, and sand nourishment at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
